Does Agile Scale ?
That question came up in last night's MAE meeting (8/22/2011).
It kept me awake last night, but after thinking about it I realized . . .
"Does Agile Scale ? " is the wrong question.
The right question is "How does Agile scale?"
First of all "Agility" is not a binary thing that you either have or don't.
It is a matter of degree . . . a matter of how much your organization has learned.
